Thunder Moon Sound Bath Therapy | Spa at Laguna Cliffs

Sound Therapy uses sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and well being. During a full moon the effect is particularly potent, with the moon's radiant energy enhancing the vibrational frequencies of sound.

Check in at Spa Front Desk by 7:00 p.m.

Attire: Comfortable or athleisure style clothing recommended. Sound Therapy will take place outdoors on the Del Mar Lawn.

The Resort will provide a Yoga Mat and Towel per attendee. If you prefer to provide your own Yoga Mat, please indicate this in your reservation.
